1. Free International Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. This service is available for all products listed on our website, regardless of the destination country. Standard shipping times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 10 to 20 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

2. Express Delivery (1-3 Business Days)

For certain in-stock products, we offer an Express Delivery option, which ensures faster delivery times of 1-3 business days. This service is available in the following countries:

  • Slovenia
  • Croatia
  • Slovakia
  • Czechia
  • Germany
  • Poland
  • Hungary

Products eligible for Express Delivery are clearly marked on their respective product pages. If you wish to take advantage of this option, you can select "Express Delivery" during the checkout process. Please note that Express Delivery incurs an additional charge, which will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

3. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that some items may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

iTrade Online d.o.o. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
